One may ask – what’s common to being a data analyst and a luxury fashion model?

Although the runway to meaningful insights isn’t as designated as a fashion ramp, solving unsolvable problems with very limited resources and meeting the communicative and project needs of your dynamic (and sometimes eccentric!) team simultaneously has become my proficiency.

After hanging up my modelling heels at the end of New York Couture Fashion Week in 2019, I embarked on a journey of the passionately tech savvy. Leveraging my management skills at a busy Melbourne bar and an events management company in conjunction with administration experience at a information technology solutions company, I became an IT analyst in training.

Alongside a perfect GPA in Biostatistics, I have a flair for critical thinking and advanced analytics across various technical fields. Through my practical Big Data education and work experience at General Assembly, I have well-rounded and extensively developed skills to tackle all types of data and business problems.

I’m excited to use SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, IBM SSPS and numerous other tools with my grave motivation for analytics combined with extensive data literacy to churn that chunk of numbers and figures sitting in servers into unravelled data-driven solutions.
